General Disclaimer

Our pieces have been hand selected and sourced during different stages of their lifespan, meaning the condition of each item varies. As a result, any defects or flaws in the items are noted within the description of the product listing on the store.

We try to provide the most accurate representation of the item condition through photographs and listing details, however this is easier with some garments than with others - this should be considered when making a purchase from the store, as we have a no refund policy.

Our items have been accumulated and stored in a number of different ways, and are not professionally dry cleaned before sale. This is in order to maintain their original character, fading, colour displacement and/or general feel - it is suggested that items are cleaned by the customer when purchased before wear is considered.

Shipping & Postage
All UK purchases will be sent using the Royal Mail delivery service and require a signature, the standard delivery time period is 2-3 days, this service is provided free for UK buyers. Orders purchased on weekends will be posted at the beginning of the new week (Monday).

For purchases outside of the UK/International, International shipping will be provided, and will include a flat rate of £20 as a premium for this service.

IMPORTANT: Any orders made internationally (outside of the UK) may incur import duty or customs fee which is to be paid for by the customer - If you are considering making a purchase internationally, make sure to consult your local customs office for applicable fees in order to avoid charges unexpectedly.

Cancellations & Returns
We do not accept cancellations or returns through our online store, and cannot issue refunds.
Please check the full series of photos, condition section and entire item listing description before committing to purchasing an item from the store in order to ensure satisfaction when the item is received.

Payment
We provide several traditional payment methods at our stores checkout. Upon Purchase and registering of the customers email, a copy of receipt will be sent to the registered email address of the customer.

Rental Services
Certain items from our store are part of our 'permanent collection', and are not for sale, however they can be rented out for specific purposes on predetermined agreements.
For specific rental requests we are able to provide a variety of catered services depending on the nature of the enquiry.
